EXCEPTION FOR LOSSES DUE TO NEGLIGENCE
Responsibility of losses shall be distributed equally between all partners unless accounted for by the willful neglect of one or any individual partners who acted on their own recognizance. In which case, that partner or partners shall bear full responsibility and personal accountability to the firm for the full amount of the loss.
